Our cleaning operatives are vetted, receive outstanding, ongoing training and support and have excellent employment conditions. To achieve this, people need the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently. For a successful business it is essential to have a highly trained workforce; so we encourage staff development. In-depth training leads to motivated staff working to a higher performance with not only greater job satisfaction but also leads to excellent staff retention which is significantly higher than industry average. Staff are trained in every aspect of their own job functions and are fully aware of all systems and procedures to support Brayborne in supplying a 1st class service to our clients. On-going training is continuously assessed by our on-site supervisors and area managers. This enables us to recognise key potential in staff to further develop them as we are keen to promote from within.
We are fully conversant with TUPE regulations and manage and improve performance when taking over existing contracts. Brayborne are a registered body authorised to complete CRB checks for staff working in vulnerable areas, eg Schools and Colleges.
