Training

Induction Training

During the first two weeks of employment all staff receive induction training by their line manager. Completed induction and training records are kept on their personnel file and/or on site.

Specialist Training

On-going training is continuously assessed by our on-site supervisors and Area Managers. Specialist training is often arranged in conjunction with one of our preferred suppliers of chemicals and equipment.

Staff Welfare

Brayborne recognise that our staff are the most important part of the business. Without dedicated and loyal operatives at every level of our business we would not be as successful as we are today. Therefore, our commitment to staff welfare is second to none, ensuring that everyone feels part of the team. With this in mind we offer our staff the following incentives:

  • Employee Recognition Award
  • Long Service Award
  • Personal thanks
  • Promotion from within

 NVQ

As part of our on-going commitment to staff training Brayborne have recently incorporated NVQ training for its employees. NVQ training is being completed as part of the government initiative Train to Gain and it is Brayborne’s intention to roll this out across Trainingall of our contracts during 2009. In addition we are also offering Leadership Training for our site supervisors.

All NVQ qualifications are portable and we will feel that this enhances our employees’ terms and conditions.
