Whether your building is large, small, multi-sited, simple or complex, all our clients receive the same meticulous attention to detail. We are committed to providing a quality service that meets and where possible exceeds the needs and expectations of all our clients.

 

Brayborne Cleaning Services is accredited with BSN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 giving you consistent quality checks and on-going efficiency improvements.

Brayborne uses  a state of the art software system developed solely for the cleaning industry. Through this Brayborne are able to monitor quality control and produce audit reports. This report uses a traffic light system consisting of a scoring ratio of 1-5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. The system can be tailored for every area in each site. These reports are logged on our software system to create a full history. Area managers use the system to monitor standards in order to preempt any problems before they develop.

We recognise the importance of good communication between our on site operatives, area manager and clients. To this end we supply site liaison books and have regular meetings with our clients in order to maintain our high standards. Every six months we send out  a customer satisfaction questionaire to help us review our levels of service.

 

At Brayborne we are constantly reassessing our systems to increase efficiency and to make sure we are offering all our clients the best possible service.
