The Late Simon Berryman - Founder
Simon founded Brayborne in 1986 having held various positions prior to this with other companies in the industry. Simon was a very popular man throughout the industry and was extremely proud to be a member of Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners. He had over 35 years experience in the cleaning sector and was a member of British Institute of Cleaning Science, and a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management. He will be best remembered for his integrity and for his commitment to always provide a high quality service to all our customers. Since 1986 Brayborne has become a very successful contract cleaning company with business across the south of England, a position that is directly attributable to Simon’s hard work, vision and leadership.
Lorraine Gibson - Managing Director
Lorraine was appointed as Brayborne’s Managing Director in December 2011 after being Commercial Director and brings 25 years of experience. She started with Brayborne in 1994. During this time Lorraine has gained extensive commercial and technical knowledge which she uses to ensure that company is focused on working in partnership with clients and staff alike to deliver an outstanding level of service.
Mairi Berryman - Commercial Director
Mairi co-founded Brayborne in 1986 and has played a fundamental part in the implementation of the systems and procedures that have made Brayborne the service orientated company that it continues to be today. Mairi’s passion for excellence drives Brayborne to be innovative and customer focused.
Beverley Mason - Business Development Manager
Beverley joined Brayborne in 2001 from another independent cleaning company and has over 20 years experience in the cleaning industry. Highly motivated and customer focused, Beverley always ensures that she understands and meets each client's specific requirements.
Jonathan Earl - Business Development Manager
Jonathan joined Brayborne in 2011 from a multinational corporate company and has over 7 years experience in creating bespoke customer solutions. With his thorough approach, Jonathan works tirelessly to understand his clients' needs and to exceed their expectations.
Juliet John - Senior Operations Manager
Juliet joined Brayborne in 1993 as an area manager but has since been promoted to Senior Operations Manager. Juliet has been in the cleaning industry for 25 years and has a proven track record in managing large prestigious contracts. Juliet ensures that by working in partnership with her clients, the contracts that she manages run smoothly.
Ellen Russell - Area Manager
Ellen has been employed by Brayborne Cleaning Services since 1998 and has more than 35 years experience within the cleaning industry. Ellen has a proven track record in managing large prestigious contracts. Ellen is responsible for the smooth running of the contract, carrying out quality control checks to monitor personnel performance and cleaning standards.
Sharon Mylum -- Area Manager
Sharon joined Brayborne in 2005 as an area manager for the Slough, Newbury, Oxford, Hook and Reading area. Sharon has been in the cleaning industry for 15 years and has experienced the full range of duties from cleaner up to management. Sharon works hard to ensure that high standards are maintained and clients' expectations are being exceeded.
