To comply with the Data Protection Act companies must ensure the security of their confidential information. This includes all kinds of data that could be used for fraudulent purposes, for example employee records, supplier information, meeting records etc.  To help protect yourself from prosecution we offer a confidential waste service providing securely locked cabinets or wheelie bins with A4 slots for easy disposal of your documents. Depending on your requirements the waste will be removed from your site weekly or fortnightly and shredded at a secure location with full documentation and certificates of destruction provided. Our preferred supplier is PHS who is an ISO9001 company (incorporating BS EN 15713:2009 – the security shredding standard.
