It’s been a busy couple of weeks here at Brayborne. After some great success in the sales team, we have been implementing our new contracts at Afton Chemicals in Bracknell and Audley Travel in Witney which has seen our operations managers, sales team and commercial director involved, making sure that it all goes as smoothly as possible.

When we tender for business we promise a lot of things and implementation is a big part of that. It is a testament to our employees that we really deliver on these promises and there is no better way to start a contract. The planning and preparation that we put into the first week is the key to success and it is the foundations that we build upon to provide our clients with the fantastic service that they expect.

With so many people involved that rely on the work that these contracts provide, it is so important to get this right and I am delighted to report that it’s ‘so far so good!’
