A New Year...A fresh start!

We have seen an increase of enquiries to our sales department over the last few weeks. People are thinking ahead and are looking to make a fresh start in the New Year when it comes to their cleaning contractor.

We have, in the past, seen a number of Facilities Managers that have overlooked the lead in time to get a new contractor in place. The biggest thing that they forget is the notice period that they have to give to their existing company; this is normally between one and three months.

 If you are thinking about making a change early in 2012, don’t wait until the New Year to start talking to potential suppliers otherwise it may be spring before you start to see any changes…
