Corporate Social Responsibility Policy
Brayborne Cleaning Services recognise our corporate and social responsibilities to our employees, shareholders, customers and suppliers. We are committed to conducting our business in a way which will achieve sustainable growth, in line with legal and moral obligations. We aim to achieve our business objectives in a caring and responsible manner taking into account economic, social and environmental impacts.
Environment
Brayborne seek to minimise the environmental impact of our activities through the prevention of pollution, minimising waste and good environmental management practices, using our ISO 14001 management system.
Health & Safety
Brayborne are committed to high standards of Health & Safety, recognising the benefits of providing safe methods of work throughout our services. With external auditing being completed annually by both CHAS and Safe Contractor, we strive to continually improve our Health & Safety performance.
Brayborne accept that motor vehicles are responsible for significant emissions to the atmosphere. Our policy is to purchase and operate, wherever possible, the most efficient vehicles commercially available with the aim of achieving a green fleet operation.
Clients
Brayborne recognise that our business depends on our clients. Every employee is responsible for ensuring that customer contact is professional. Our aim is to ensure that our clients receive a quality level of service throughout their contract with Brayborne Cleaning Services.
Employees
We provide equal opportunities to all our employees and are committed to their fair treatment. We, specifically, prohibit discrimination on the grounds of race, religion, sexual orientation, nationality or ethnic origin.
Suppliers
Brayborne, wherever possible, support the local business community to encourage local growth. Using local suppliers also allows us to continually reduce energy in transportation.
Public and Communities
At Brayborne we protect the general public wherever they may be at risk from our cleaning activities. All cleaning activities are completed in line with our Health & Safety Procedures and each task has an individual risk and method statement. Brayborne actively contribute to local communities through various sponsorships and charitable events.
The Managing Director has lead responsibility for policy implementation on behalf of the shareholders to demonstrate their commitment.
